We continued for a while enjoying exchanging comments on Facebook.
I'd got to the stage where I was wanting to know more, but I definitely didn't want to ask in front of everyone, so I emailed him, 'Tell me about you!' and I got a response....

Friends!
And there we were...February 2011 and now we're friends on Facebook!
M regularly wrote comments on my statuses. It was a thrill! My 'secret' new friend. I was disappointed when there wasn't a comment.
Of course, I wanted to look at his information and what he was saying on other ladies' statuses. So I did! Why was I so excited that he was listed as being single? Me? I'm in a relationship. One in which sex was non-existent!

So, there I was communicating with a girlfriend from work on Facebook, when M joined in.
After a few days I realised I was looking forward to seeing what he'd written on L's status. When I spoke to L, in what I thought was a laid-back style(!), about M, she said he's a friend but not her type. She added that she thought we'd get on! I laughed it off, but kept looking for his comments. His humour intrigued me.
Just when I thought about whether a stranger could ask another stranger to be a friend on Facebook, one night I arrived home, fired into my computer, logged onto Facebook, and there it was....a 'friend request' from M!
